Shawntey Shavies, the visionary founder of True Vision 360 and Beyond, wears many hats - father, friend, community advocate, and successful business owner. His mission is deeply rooted in helping individuals discover their purpose and embrace discomfort to foster personal growth. Shawntey's unique journey includes achieving a career as a seasoned professional through an apprenticeship program, affording him the opportunity to travel and explore diverse cultures. 

Despite facing challenges that led to a 14-year incarceration, Shawntey used this time to sharpen his mind, nurture his soul, and redefine his life's purpose. Inside, he initiated programs bridging the gap between incarcerated fathers and their families, alongside creating fundraisers for local community initiatives. 

Upon release, Shawntey made intentional choices, joining a union, and attaining the position of a journeyman labor foreman with expertise in welding. Today, he dedicates his time to helping others navigate their career paths, embodying resilience, redemption, and a profound commitment to community upliftment.
